Something isn’t working, what should I do?
As a first step, try clearing your cookies and browser cache. Sometimes things get a bit “stuck” and your browser gets confused. These steps solve the majority of site problems.
How to contact us if there is a problem with the site
Please send e-mail to support at use.radiantmatrix.org (replacing the ‘ at ‘ with the @ sign… we show it this way to help reduce spam).
Reporting dead links
For now, please send mail to the support address above. We’re working on a form to submit dead links, but it isn’t ready yet. Please make sure the link is really dead before sending it. We consider dead links to be 404 (page not found) errors, links that point to different information than they claim to, or domains that have disappeared. Server errors and “page moved” notifications are often temporary and/or normal, and we do not consider such links “dead”.
If you’re the owner of a site that’s linked incorrectly, please let us know, and we’ll do what we can to fix it.
Getting posts removed
We periodically find and remove comments that we consider spam, abuse, promotion of illegal activity, or social bigotry (e.g. hate speech against differences in race, sexual preference, gender, etc.). We do encourage reports of such posts, but please be patient while we collect complaints — it’s easier for us to remove a bunch of such posts at once. We may also choose to remove items for other legal, technical, or editorial reasons.
Requesting removal of alleged copyright violations
We accept requests from copyright holders or their representatives for removal of copyright-protected material. To request removal of an item for this reason, please provide (preferably by e-mail):
- a clear request to remove a particular post or comment, including a link to said item
- an explanation of which part or parts of the item are alleged to infringe copyright
- an explanation of why you believe the item in question is infringing on a copyright
- an affidavit that you are the copyright holder, or legally represent the copyright holder
- telephone number and address of a contact who has the authority to negotiate on the behalf of the copyright holder
- telephone number and address of the copyright holder if different from above item (we use this only to verify that the representative actually represents the copyright holder)
- a link to the original material which the item in question allegedly infringes upon (or a complete citation of the material if it cannot be linked to)
- any alternative solution to removing the item (for example, would a short citation and link be acceptable?)
Depending on circumstances, we may require additional evidence of a valid claim before taking action.
We will not remove any content until we are satisfied that a copyright violation has occurred. This protects us and our users against unscrupulous use of unreasonable and/or fraudulent copyright claims. Once we have been satisfied that an item is in violation of copyright, we will quickly negotiate appropriate action.
If we discover a fraudulent copyright claim (e.g. claiming to represent a copyright holder when the copyright holder has not agreed to such representation), we reserve the right to pursue legal action against the claimant.
